DigitalShipper Enterprise V5 Upgrade
Welcome to the December 2025 / January 2026 Rate Change Upgrade for DigitalShipper Enterprise Version 5.9.35.

Pre-requisites
- Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2017, 2019, or 2022
- .NET Framework 4.8 or higher
Carriers: Requiring Upgrade
UPS (all customers) – New rates are included in the download below and are effective 12/22/2025. Visit the UPS website for more information.
Spee-Dee Delivery (all customers) – New and updated zones and routing data are included in the download below and are effective 01/05/2025. Visit the Spee-Dee website for more information.
USPS (POS module set to Legacy eVS) – New rates are included in the download below and are effective 01/18/2026. Visit the USPS website for more information.
FedEx (FSMS 17.x) – FedEx Ship Manager Server 17.x versions are no longer supported by FedEx as of May 2024 and product keys are no longer provided. Please contact the DigitalShipper Support Team to discuss upgrade options.
NOTE: You may download and install the software prior to the effective dates. New rates will automatically be applied on or after each carrier’s effective date. It is recommended to test the rates by advancing the ship date to the effective date or later.
Carriers: Requiring Upgrade
The following carrier modules receive updated rates from either the carrier’s API or carrier-provided software:
- FedEx (FSMS 20.x)
- FedEx Web Services (FWS)
- USPS SHIP API
- Stamps.com / Endicia
- DHL (Express International and eCommerce)
- OnTrac (CAL module set to API)
- LSO (Lone Star Overnight)
- GLS (formerly GSO)
- Any additional carriers using APIs
- Any Same Day Courier Companies
STEP 1 – CHECK DIGITALSHIPPER VERSION
In the DigitalShipper Management Console, the version is displayed under the date in the upper left or under the “View Company”.
In DigitalShipper Enterprise or Express, the version is displayed when you click the user icon.
STEP 2 – DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE
Download the DigitalShipper 5.9.35 software by clicking the link below.
STEP 3 – READ INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: DigitalShipper 5.9.35 includes the 2026 carrier compliance updates along with new features and changes, including for the login page and DigitalShipper Management Console. Make sure to review the latest DigitalShipper Update Instructions document, along with its FAQ section, before completing the update. The process has changed.
Unzip the downloaded file and carefully read the enclosed update instructions and release notes.
STEP 4 – INSTALL SOFTWARE
Update the DigitalShipper software.
